Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days .
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
